Limelight Is in the Limelight On Strong Outlook (LLNW, AKAM, INXN, SVVS, EQIX)

On a day when winners are hard to come by, Limelight Networks (LLNW) is standing out with a gain of 28% after the company announced fourth-quarter revenue results that topped Wall Street estimates and issued bullish revenue guidance for the first quarter and the full year. The numbers were released after U.S. markets closed on Monday. Limelight Networks reported fourth-quarter revenue of $55.2 million, topping the consensus estimate of $50.3 million. For the current quarter, the company expects to post sales of $48-$49.5 million, ahead of the average estimate of $48.2 million and for the full year, the company is forecasting revenue growth of 15%-20%, topping the estimate of 16% growth. The outlook from Limelight is helping the Data Centers, Colocation and Content Distribution Network Stocks Index to a 2.2% gain today. Akamai Technologies (AKAM) has regained some solid footing to move higher by 1% after tumbling 12% in the past week. InterXion Holding (INXN) and SAVVIS (SVVS) are both up 1% while Equinix Inc (EQIX) is higher by 2%.
