FORT COLLINS, Colo., June 5, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq:AEIS) today announced the completion of its $75 million share repurchase program. The program, which was initiated in November 2011, was completed in approximately six months and the company purchased 6.4 million shares at an average price of $11.72 per share. As of March 31, 2012, the company had approximately $151 million in cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities and approximately 40.1 million common shares outstanding.
