What do you think about the sale of HTE. A 47% premium sounds nice if I don't think about the remaining $10,000 loss I will incur. Maybe someone will come in with a better offer. Am I dreaming?

Anybody know what to expect regarding share price and yield after 2011 when the trusts go away and the CANROYS become regular corporations? I understand the corporate tax will be just 5.7%, but will there be other effects? Dan Buskirk (bisquick)

Love this sector BUT how does the tax thing work? I am told they withhold 15% of dividends. If true where does the documentation for the IRS come from. I am in an IRA and cannot find firm answers. HELP!!!!!!!

They say these pay big yield/dividends, but most of them have dropped their dividends a lot. So Prices are low..... hence bargains now!! Yields will return.
