I bought SSW at $11.74 and have been getting a
very good yield. My target price is $32.00. I am
not a trader and I hold stocks for a long time
provided they are undervalued and have a nice
dividend yield. I thing when the globa economy and
China rebound this stock will reach its target. In
the meanwhile i will be getting paid for holding
it.

and further clarification, not selling during
downturn, did not sell and go to cash, tax loss
sold (up the wazoo!) and reinvested simultaneous
in similar equity positions.
sorry about the fragments.
Realty Income (O) is a great little company,
paying monthly dividend. Originally bot on 6.4
percent yield several years ago. Bot and sold for
points a few times, thereby gradually increasing
the position.

If you are sitting on the line all cash, you have
to ask yourself, what is my time horizon? Is it
six months, six years, or twenty years.
Remember, it seems high if you look at how far off
the bottom it has come, but it was 14100 on the
Dow in 2007. The market p-e was less than what it
was in 2000 at the high at that time.
Personally, I never sold doring the downturn, and
we have committed new money to the market 1/3 all
world u.s.; 1/3 u.s. extended market and 1/3 s&p
500. Of all new dollars we invested about 49-50
percent to the aforementioned equity structure,
rest to cash and debt paydown.
This cycle has a long time to run. Will sell 18
mos to two years past last rate hike this business
cycle.
We are 60 and 65 respectively.

Hey johnsonrcj, I've been tracking your portfolio
because of your hard work at finding stocks. Keep
up the GOOD WORK! I was wondering if you had done
any DD on PWRM (Power 3 Medical Products Inc.)
I've been watching them for a couple of years now.
They are a biotech in Houston (where I am at) that
has done outstanding work on the developement of
diagnostics screening tests for neurodegenerative
diseases such as (ALS), Alzheimers disease, and
Parkinsons. They are also currently developing a
screening test for breast cancer. They are in the
process of commercializing their tests - which
equates to major income for them... Their
preliminary results for breast cancer screening
show to be far more accurate than mammography
without the side-effects and dangers of radiation
from xray machines. Essentially their tests will
replace mammography's - which is huge. I don't
know if you are familiar with the company VRML
(Vermillion.) They are a similar company that
produced a test for cervical cancer. I held
several thousand shares of VRML and sold it for
.06 cents a share when the company went bankrupt.
BIG MISTAKE!! That stock is now up 39,883.34%
since I sold it. PWRM should easily outdue VRML.
PWRM should be popping like VRML very soon. They
just sponsored a large industry convention in
Houston today. Investors are watching the outcome
of this conference very closely. They are
projected to have their diagnostic tests
commercialized by the end of the quarter (if not
by the end of this month.) Just thought you might
be interested in this info. Thx, joseboulet in
Houston.

My alerts showed me that you added CNXT too, Chart
looks like it's ready to cross and pop again. I'm
long on BYDDF right now until the next dip
otherwise CNXT would be my add. Good Luck if you
go in!

You are always very helpful. MYL was on my Ticker
list showing you bought on 16th! I'll see if I
kept it...I've had good luck with BDX, however,
UNG has gone down and it has the most Tick Member
buyers everyday? Thank you again for your time and
advice. 1835gloria

I saw where you bought MYL. I have had it for 4
months; it has gone down. With so much good
publicity re HIV drug and being generic--I felt it
would do well. Why did you buy said Drug Co?
Thank you, 1835gloria

Hi, I noticed you recently added DDRX to one of
your portfolios. What do you think about the
company with their moves to sell retail
operations. Looks like their margins on the
wholesale and k-cups are solid. If they can
execute on their plan...we'll see higher prices
even from these levels.
What are your thoughts?
