Hey Sam -- My main portfolio has never included
any short sales. If you take a look at the graph
-- there's no funny business about it either, just
a steady climb over about 2 years. Just so others
can see that I do make a lot of mistakes, I leave
the ones I've lost significant $$$'s on in the
portfolio.
In addition to my main portfolio, I keep one on
Tickerspy called "Shorts and Fast". Depending on
the market and my DD, I have shorted many (lots of
airlines and casino's last year) and listed those
in this separate portfolio -- again, I leave
several of my mistakes in the portfolio for others
to see. I currently include no shorts in this
portfolio. Also, same thing -- no funny business,
I have just had a steady climb in these positions
over the last 1 1/2 years or so.
Lastly, I keep a portfolio on Tickerspy called
"LowVolume -- Quick turnover" and I include this
as just junk stuff to look at. I only include low
volume positions that I have actually bought.
These might turn over between 0 and 500 shares on
a day and they are never more than pocket money
when you let them go. This stuff is really
volatile and my graphs will prove that to be true.
A couple "OTHERS" have found this portfolio and
now just pretend to own stuff on my list that
hasn't moved in weeks and then it suddenly shows a
2000% gain after moving only 100 shares or so.
You can see who they are when you look at their
graph spikes and then their portfolio to see that
1/2 of what they have doesn't move a share for a

Dan, what is up with BEDA? I'm not sure what is
being investigated. If you come across any info
let me know. I picked up more LCRE @ .0002 and got
IHSN @ .0035 this am. Did you move on MWA? Did you

Dan, I finally put in an order for IHSN @ .0035.
We'll see what happens. My stuff has kinda just
been trending with the market. Bought some QNST
today and will buy UCO when it hits around 9.20.
I'm looking at VRS at these prices. What's your

Dan, Death by a thousand cuts, yea I dumped TIXC
as well. I have added to some of my positions
today after yesterday's selloff. Today I added MWA
@ 2.53, I don't think it will drop much more. I'd
like to get into IHSN, but when will it stop
trending down? Good luck and I'll try be a little

Dan, glad to hear from you and that you are doing
better. I've been playing it pretty close to the
vest. Only buying what I've had success with in
the past and adding to what has already move up. I
don't have a very good outlook on Sept., Oct. so
I'm trying to be in a position to make money but
move to cash quickly. I think there will be some
steals in regards to stock prices this fall. Good
luck on THRR, they owe a couple of bucks anyway!
Are you going to hold TIXC through earnings? When
is their announcement, early Aug? Now I know I'm
being lazy! Continued good health to you. Rob

Dan,hope your health is on the upswing. I finally
got that AON @ .0002 on LCRE (it only took about 2
1/2 wks!). I've moved alot to cash and only bought
safe the past few days NP, DIOD (I buy and sell
these two constantly) and added to couple of
positions. I was just about to jump ship on TIXC
last week when it moved up. I guess I'll tough it
out through earnings. MCLN has gotten a little pub
lately, be nice to have a couple of contracts to

Dan, how's that health? I truly hope you're on the
upswing. Yesterday I sold DZZ and reduced my UCO
(I'll add again anywhere from 9-9.40). I also
bought some VXX and will continue to add on drops.
Are you still in MCLN? They've got to roll in a
couple of contracts soon, uh? Take care of

Hey Dan been really tied up at work. Hope all is
working out for you. I last week I picked up DIOD,
TNDM and AFFY. I added some more DIOD yesterday.
I've had a bid in for LCRE at .0002 for a couple
of weeks now but no luck. I'm still watching CHTL.
Maybe it'll bottom out soon. HA is looking pretty
good, nice pick. I'm pretty much all in now, cash
wise, and will probably stay that way through most
of Aug. and then reduce to cash for most of Sept.
and Oct. Best of luck. Rob

Hi AD
Looks like you had a good day. Since I last spoke
to you I sold Msft. Hasn't done anything for
years. I have always been a buy and hold invester
but I don't think that works now. I bought lscc
and crus. I had bp short but got in too late. I
covered on that. any interesting buys out there?
I also have csco but will probably sell after
earnings.

Dan-Are you still in BEDA? I'm still in, but
haven't added. Got a bid in LCRE at .0002 just in
case. Did you see DZZ up almost 10% since we last
talked? All my trades have been pretty quick as of
late (DIOD, AA, AKS, GGC). I will probably rebuy
these again soon. I think this last upswing in the
market is a headfake. I cannot decide whether to
add to TIXC or just leave it alone, it's really
got me scratching my head. What is you opinion?

Dan-Yea, TIXC has got me twisting. I would like to
see it rise a couple of days on its own (without
the market in general) and I'll probably get a
little more. I too think its promising, but I
can't deposit that! I did buy some more LCRE today
at .0004. I really like it, but will not buy more
unless something really moves. I'm trying to get
some numbers together for gold and DZZ. It's due
in the very near future I believe, but I'll see
what I can find out. Truly, on those commodities,
it's as much an educated guess as anything. Maybe
it was today!? Ha Best of Luck

Dan- First strong day for me in while. Sold AGNC
(up 10%) and will rebuy in about 6-8 wks. I also
sold DZZ. I'll buy again when I see a little
stronger downturn, it's coming. The Gulf weathr
should only strengthen GNRC. What do you think
about TIXC sitting on a 1yr. low? I had hoped it
would hold its own until earnings (which I think
should be pretty good) and then begin to rise
some. I may get a little more next week. Have a

Dan- Odd day, uh? Took a chance and got some DZZ
today. I'll let it ride for a while. What goes up
must come down (hopefully!) That's probably not a
good lead in to airline stocks, but oddly enough,
I've looked at HA before and noticed for some
reason it looks to make a good run yearly from
early Oct. to late in the month. I may give it
another whirl. Good luck!

Dan-WOVT looks interesting and it appears their
new managing director (Chinese connection) is
already paying dividends with this contract.
Thanks, I will look more at it tonight. I bought
more WFT,HAL and UCO today on the dip. I really
like these guys short term. I see BEDA crawled
back under its rock. I'm back to about 10% cash
and will watch and wait for a few days. Good luck.

Dan-Hope BEDA continues to move, I'm still looking
up even after averaging down. I think ZVTK is on
the verge of a move. Their ad campaign seems to be
turning some heads and could get the product on
the shelves of a major retailer. Got out of EHSI a
couple of days ago. Someone tied it to a rock and
just let it keep falling. I'll look for a bounce
to try and recoup a little. Good luck.

Dan- Good play on BEDA (inside info!?) I have yet
to find out the reason for the move. Bought a
bunch of HAL this am @ 25.90. I think most of the
onshore and services portion of the energy sector
will continue to move off their lows for a few
weeks. They've really taken it on the chin for BP.
Bought more AGNC also, will sell the 25th before
ex date and make more than the dividend. Been
doing this for three qtrs. now. Good luck.

Hey Dan,
Sorry didn't resond. In Maui at a place with bad
Internet but great snorkeling. Ya, I saw IHSN pop
up nice. I have a sell order at .18 so hope it
hits it tomorrow. I'm out the rest of my imoney as
well as I feel there is going to be another turn
south. Hopefully i didn't miss the boat on IHSN.
